Our Project Management Services help to clearly define all levels of a project.  BSMI Project Managers define project scope and manpower needs, and develop a project plan that identifies tasks, deliverables, time estimates, and schedules.  A Project Manager is responsible for identifying the people best qualified to complete the tasks effectively and on time.  As the primary project coordinator, the BSMI Project Manager assures that status reports are prepared for planned review intervals and provides a single source of information and coordination.
